These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, and contributors.

By purchasing from ELLIPSIS, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be produced in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in [ILS / USD – choose] and include VAT where applicable for orders within Israel, unless stated otherwise.

For international orders, prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which may be charged by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods shown on the website.

4. Shipping

Israel

Standard delivery within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

International

International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.

ELLIPSIS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy, available on the website.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn and unwashed
  

• In original condition
  

• With all original tags attached
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation of Transaction / Order Cancellation

🇮🇱 Orders within Israel

• A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction confirmation — whichever is later.

  The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  

Upon approval of the cancellation, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping fees, and subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower), as permitted by law.

International Orders

• International orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
  
• Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation or return:

• Items that were worn, washed, or altered
  
• Customized or made-to-order products
  
• Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
  
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
  

ELLIPSIS reserves the right to refuse a return or cancellation that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions may be subject to different return or exchange conditions, as specified at the time of purchase.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ELLIPSIS.
