RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At ELLIPSIS, we comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and aim to provide a fair and transparent return and exchange process.

1. Right of Cancellation – Israel (Consumer Protection Law)

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers in Israel are entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details, whichever is later.

To be eligible for cancellation:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags attached

2. Cancellation Fee – Israel

In accordance with the law, ELLIPSIS may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (whichever is lower).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Exchanges – International Orders

For international orders, returns or exchanges may be requested within 21 days of receiving the order, subject to the same condition requirements listed above.

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose between:

  • Store credit

  • A refund in accordance with this policy

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, ELLIPSIS will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

10. Right to Refuse

ELLIPSIS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or applicable law.
